Advanced structural monitoring for wind turbine blades

We deploy BAIMS to detect internal degradation in real time and optimize asset performance.

SOCOWIND provides an end-to-end structural monitoring service for wind turbine blades based on its BAIMS system, designed to deliver real visibility into the internal condition of blades during operation. Unlike traditional approaches, the solution enables early detection of structural degradation through blade dynamics analysis, without relying on visual inspections or SCADA data.

The service includes sensor installation on the blades, system configuration at the turbine level, and access to a cloud-based platform that continuously analyzes structural behavior in real time. Using advanced models, BAIMS identifies stiffness changes, generates early alerts, and estimates Remaining Useful Life (RUL), enabling operators to anticipate failures and optimize maintenance planning.

In addition, SOCOWIND provides specialized technical support to interpret data and support decision-making. This allows operators to reduce operational costs, extend asset lifetime, and improve risk management, delivering value to operators, OEMs, and investors in wind assets.
